Brand management is facing a paradigm shift.
With increasing cost and competitive pressures, campaigns lose their effectiveness. Today, clarity and consistency determine a company's growth. Brands are not just communication; they are the symbol of a business model's strength.
We founded RE based on a conviction that has grown over decades of brand building. Strong brands contribute to growth, market share, and profitability. However, they only work if they are managed, rather than simply cultivated.
We are familiar with the stumbling blocks from numerous projects. Discussions about design and marketing dominate, while essential brand decisions are neglected.
RE closes these decision gaps. We make the decisions with you and implement strategy, positioning and design seamlessly.
RE stands for brand consulting that consistently aligns new and existing brands towards growth.

Our story
We have many years of experience in both corporate and consulting, and numerous projects where we have built, structured, and repositioned brands. The same observation runs through all of these projects:
It's too much.
We've seen how organizations grow and brand architectures become increasingly complex. New business areas demand their own names, initiatives get their own visual identities, and campaigns develop a life of their own. With each growth, the brand becomes more inward-looking. It reflects the organization's own structures instead of shaping the market.
We are the brand duo:
Ruth Lintemeier combines entrepreneurial intuition with strategic brand management. She recognizes early on where brands are losing their effectiveness. As a catalyst, she asks the questions that trigger decisions.
Klaus Lintemeier approaches brands from a business model perspective. He translates strategies into brand positioning that transforms the market. He gives brands new energy for growth and profitability.
We work the way brand decisions should be made. We debate every recommendation before it leaves our office. We are united by the conviction that brands don't become stronger by expanding them, but by consolidating them.
The market is shaped only by what constitutes a single entity.
